be made at least 14 days prior to arrival for GIT and 7 days prior arrival
for FIT. Any adjustment should be advised at least 7 days before arrival for
GIT and 3 days before arrival for FIT. To ensure efficient handling of all
reservation, maximum details are required on dates/flights of arrival/departure,
number and name of passengers. Any reservation of
hotel will be subject to the room availability at each hotel. Hotel Booking
Regulation of each hotel will apply to each confirmed booking. CONFIRMATION Normally,
confirmation will be made by facsmile or email CANCELATION Cancellation fee
may be debited to your account for any confirmed booking, according to any
cost occurred. REFUND NO REFUND and NO
REDUCTION can be made to your client who does not partake in any meal,
sightseeing tour, hotel room or transfer service for any confirmed

should be made prior to the arrival of your clients. TOUR GUIDE All services will
be conducted by our tour guides speaking in Indonesian and English. SERVICES All prices have
include some local service in Semarang, Including
Indonesian / English speaking guide, meals and refreshment during tour,
entrance ticket and mini water service, etc. And does not
include optional tours, personal expenses such us: telephone, room service,
mini bar, laundry in the room and any other personal expenses are not
